Delete your Wildhorde account

In the game

1. Open Settings (the gear on the home screen).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted at once and the game starts again as a new player on that device.

By email

If you no longer have the game, email [email protected] from the address you want us to answer, with your player ID if you know it (Settings shows it). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and everything in it: progress, cards, kingdom, currencies and purchases made on it.
• Your battle name, your own battle log, notification addresses and name reports by or about you.
• Analytics history and session recordings linked to your account.
• If you saved your kingdom to Sign in with Apple, the game’s access to your Apple Account: we ask Apple to end it.

What is kept

• Purchase records (transaction ID and product), as long as accounting law requires and so a purchase cannot be credited twice.
• Matches already in the public battle log, which roll off as new matches are played.
