Wildhorde Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and HypeHype Oy (Frogmind Games), business ID 2469442-2, Annankatu 34 B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (“we”, “us”) about the game Wildhorde (the “game”). By playing you accept them. If you do not, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. The game, its content and all virtual items remain ours or our licensors’.

2. Your account

Your account is created automatically and is tied to your device until you link it to another sign-in method. Keep your device and any transfer code to yourself: whoever holds them can play as you. One person may not use another person’s account, or sell, trade or transfer accounts.

3. Virtual items and purchases

4. Fair play and conduct

Do not cheat, use bots, modify the game or its traffic, exploit bugs, interfere with other players’ matches or our servers, or harass anyone. Battle names and anything else you share must not be offensive, hateful or misleading, and must not pretend to speak for Wildhorde or Frogmind. We may rename, restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove what was gained by breaking them.

5. Availability and changes

The game is a live online service. It needs an internet connection, may be interrupted for maintenance, and will change over time. We may end the game; if we do, we will give reasonable notice in the game.

6. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Deleting an account removes its virtual items.

7. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your own courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect; continuing to play after that means you accept it.
